During the coding process, there is static electricity on the surface of the film,there will be printing burrs and floating ink, as well as the phenomenon of ink dripping (blocking the nozzle). In severe cases, garbled characters and crashes may occur.


The ideal distance between the nozzle of the printer and the film is within 10 mm. Due to the static electricity on the surface of the film, an induced electric field will be generated between the nozzle and the film. If the surface of the film is not subjected to antistatic treatment, the ink dots will be affected by the induced electric field when they are ejected from the nozzle, and the movement trajectory will change. The odious thing is that the electrostatic field of the film is unstable, and the ink dots are large and small. Landing spots become unpredictable.
