KP505A-7T Generation 5 intelligent ionizing air bar is kapper's latest developed and produced intelligent anti-static devices, it can eliminate the static electricity on object surfaces.
KP505A-7T Generation 5 intelligent ionizing air bar is an intelligent small square rod, static elimination device that can be connected or not connected to compressed air. The distance to eliminate static electricity when compressed air is not connected is recommended to be within 100mm, and the distance to eliminate static electricity when connected to compressed air is recommended to be 300mm Within. It is a fixed static elimination equipment that requires compressed air and a 5.6KV KP401A 4.5th generation mechanical and intelligent high-voltage power supply before it can be used. The length can be customized according to customer requirements. It has the characteristics of easy installation, stable work, and fast elimination of static electricity.
KP505A-7T Generation 5 intelligent small square bar can generate a large amount of positive and negative charges, which can neutralize the static electricity passing through the ion radiation area. When the charge on the surface of the object is negative, it will attract the positive charge in the radiation area. When the charge on the surface of the object is positive, it will attract the negative charge in the radiation area, so that the static electricity on the surface of the object will be absorbed. Neutralize to achieve the purpose of eliminating static electricity. Because static electricity is easy to attract dust, it is difficult to adsorb dust on the surface of the product after static electricity is removed.
