Similarly, after the high-voltage device is shut down, it will take a certain time for the output voltage to drop to "0". When overhauling the electrostatic electret, the discharge needle can be touched only after the machine has been shut down for a sufficient time or the static electricity of the transmitter has been discharged to the ground with a wire.

1. The discharge needle of the electrostatic electret should be kept away from the metal mounting bracket of the transmitter, preferably with insulating material
